Bridge to the Moon.

It is the 1980s and Billy-Boy Wilson is leaving the Home where he's lived since he was 8 years old. His dream is to have a house of his own and a family to fill it, but it seems like crying for the moon. . . until he meets Felicity, dark-haired and rebelious and perhaps, his bridge to that moon. Then the Rutherfords appear. They create a challenge and bring uncertainty into the lives of the young couple.
