Coming home

The Angry gods is an interesting piece which launches the roles played by the gods in the precolonial Igbo society. The story centers on bigotism played against the whites who came for various reasons, known and unknown In that clan, eye back in their blissful days, when they inquired what the gods should ask for, to enable them flush out eternally, the Whitman intrusion to their way of life. They never wanted any exposure and believed, they were secured within the boundary of their knowledge. What did the god ask from them? Where they able to pay it? Who paid for his dear life? The angry gods answers these questions.
