Prevail or Die

This is a tale of opposites. Of triumph & tragedy. Of love & lust. Of death & destruction. Moreover when told it will alter the history of the world. Aware on setting sail we would never see our homeland again. It was either Prevail or die. On finding land our first task was to select girls for breeding. My lord required a queen and others for concubines and wives for the soldiers and priests. Against overwhelming odds we defeated the dominant tribe during which giving them an unforgettable lesson on how brutal we could be when opposed. Thereafter we conquered all before us. A new city built and the dynasty flourished until lust for another began the downfall. After torturing those who tried to usurp him in a macabre revenge my lord killed his queen then took his own life. Far to the south where the mountains reach into the sky a new city was built and a new dynasty began. That of the sun god Inca who also conquered all before him. His most fervent wish came true. The name Inca would dwell in the minds of men forever.
