We are very pleased to announce the winner of the competition to win an editor critique is displayed below. Thank you to everyone for entering and there is a further competition during May to win a critique from an editor from Random House, who publish authors such as Dan Brown, by reading and answering questions about some more 6 page extracts. Free to enter. Win a prize of a critique for your opening chapters from an editor for Random House, who publish authors such as Dan Brown. To enter, entrants must read a 6 page extract from each of the eight books below and answer a question about each. All nationalities are welcome to enter. FeedARead.com was established with Arts Council funding to enable authors of all nationalities to publish as paperback books through FeedARead.com, including with free publishing options and the aim of providing avenues for new writers to get feedback from leading mainstream publishers such as Random House. This aims to help talented new authors to develop further, and to take any other publishing opportunities that may arise as a result if they wish.
Read the first 6 pages from each of the eight books below and answer one question below about each in the box further down this page. To read the extracts, click on the links beneath the book covers below. The winner who answers all the questions correctly, will be chosen at random from the correct entrants, and will receive a critique for their opening chapters from a Random House editor. Closing date for entries is 30th April 2012.

You do not need to fill out the ‘website’ field below. The winner of the competition will be chosen at random and the overall winner's name will be displayed here during the first week of May 2012. The winner will receive the Random House editor critique for up to the first 10,000 words of their novel. The result announced will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
