Mental Illness: The beginning of the End

This is a poetry book about mental illness and how to cope with it. I wrote this book on my own beliefs as I have recently been diagnosed myself with a mental illness. I also wrote it to help people in similar situations and for others to try and understand mental illness. I started writing poems while I was hospitalized, this helped me cope through that hard time. I got inspired by a friend to carry this on.
