Ninety Days

When Geoffrey Wilson took his dog for an early morning walk, he found some plastic bags floating on the tide. He thought they may contain drugs, but found them loaded with millions in used notes. When he hands in the money as lost property he has to wait for ninety days to get his money. At the same time, the person who lost it is looking for it and him.
