Normal at 40?

Life’s too short – as the saying goes, however when you get to your 40s it actually starts to be meaningful and quite scary. We should all be making the most of every minute we have – whether we travel the world, donate your time to helping others or fulfil your own dreams by trying new things and having fun - we should give everything 100% as we only get one life and so should enjoy it and make the best of it. This book is based on a “normal” person’s life – my life, from teens through to the dreaded 40s. I share some tales of funny experiences and travels to some very unusual and exciting places. However, I also share some sad moments of the harsh realities of life that many people can relate to including loved ones being hit by severe and very unfair illnesses and how it takes over and completely changes your life and the way you think and prioritise things. Of course a good story wouldn’t be complete without a bit of romance and late-found love – and even better that it is true life so does really happen. A great read!
