Pieces of a Soul

'Pieces of a Soul' is a collection of poetry and short prose that captures a reflection on emotions on three-year time period. The central emotions of the poetic form are that of desire and loss, bit also of regret, despair and loneliness. Similarly, the short stories explore moments of insanity, self-destruction, as well as violence and psychological breakdown. It is only in a place of complete darkness that an inspiration arises, and thus my creation, however gloomy and grey it may seem, sheds the light of closure on events that helped shape my narrative language.
