To the Libra City abodes, nothing came as a nightmare as the Easter holidays. For almost two decades they are haunted by a serial killer who had made a ritual of killing in every year’s Easters and if the year is a leap year it comes with a bonus of which two people are murdered. And from every victim, eyes are collected as a souvenir. Those with luxurious cars are seems to be the predator’s target. Everyone is clueless until the killer murders Sean who happened to be a journalist’s friend, Casey, who makes it her mission to revenge for her friend’s death. Only in her head she knows who this ‘Eye Collector’ is. That is a Nigerian man whose reputation seems to be tainted by his being a strip club owner. She is running against time as the clock is ticking and the time for The Eye Collector to perpetuate his ritual draws near.
