Director of the programme ‘Genuine Buteyko breathing techniques from Primary Sources for Foreigners’, Buteyko Clinic in Moscow (est. 1987). Born in Moscow, she graduated from Moscow State University of International Relations (MGIMO) and then completed a Master’s degree at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB). Since 2015 she is the author, translator and adapter of the original Buteyko programmes in Russian into English and Spanish languages. She was trained as a Buteyko Method specialist: - directly by Dr Konstantin P. Buteyko, MD, PhD, author of the Buteyko Method; - directly by Dr Lyudmila D. Buteyko (Novozhilova), co-author of the Buteyko Method; - directly by Dr Andrey E. Novozhilov, MD, Chief physician of the Buteyko Clinic in Moscow, co-author of the Buteyko Method, copyright holder. Anna is the goddaughter of Dr K. Buteyko.
