Profile: Kriss Nichol

About This Author

Kriss Nichol was born a long time ago in the North-East of England. She moved to Scotland in 2003 and lives in a converted stables where she writes short stories, poetry and prose. Her poetry pamphlet, 'The Language of Crows', is available locally and she has poems and short stories published in various small press magazines. One of her short stories was shortlisted by BBC Radio 4 and another won third prize in the Scottish Writers' Centre Competition 2010. 'In Desolate Corners, Shadows Crouch' is her debut novel.
