Profile: Rosemary Gemmell

About This Author

A freelance writer for many years, Rosemary Gemmell’s short stories and articles are published in UK magazines, in the US, and Online and she has won a few short story prizes over the years. She is author of two historical novels (as Romy): Dangerous Deceit, from Champagne Books, and Mischief at Mulberry Manor, and a short contemporary romantic/fantasy novella from Tirgearr Publishing, The Aphrodite Touch. Her two middle grade books (as Ros), Summer of the Eagles and The Jigsaw Puzzle, were both first published as ebooks by MuseItUp Publishing. She indulged her love of literature, history and culture by achieving a BA Hons followed by a Masters in Humanities degree as a mature student. Happily married with two grown-up children, she loves to dance! She loves a good mystery, adventure, or romance – sometimes all at once. Rosemary lives in the beautiful, but rainy, west coast of Scotland and is a member of the Society of Authors, the Scottish Association of Writers and the Romantic Novelists’ Association.
