Fifteen yeear old Victorian orphan Annie Greenlee has a beautiful soprano voice and longs to be a proffessional singer on the stage but she has to take care of her younger sibling Lizzie. Then Annie gets the chance to fulfil her dream but there is no room for Lizzie. Annie must choose between her dream and her duty to her sister but will she make the right choice and what will it cost her. Annie is the companion book to Lizzie but can be read as a seperate book in its own right.
