Poetry@Puymasset - for Dogs

I started writing poetry late in the summer of 2011. The first poems were about Lennox the dog from Belfast incarcerated for nearly two years, the others about Dobermans and dogs in general. This collection is for Doberman owners and all people who love dogs. I have lived with dogs for most of my life, and we have had Dobermans for over 30 years, so it was natural to write about them. During the last few months I have become more aware of the role of organisations that are helping our four legged friends, especially when humans let them down. To this end the poetry in this book has been written to raise funds for the Doberman Trust. One of the three organisations close to my heart.
