Seb Cage Begins His Adventures
When 13-year-old Seb and his younger brother went to stay with their grandparents in Spain for the summer holidays, they imagined football, swimming pools and ice-cream. Seb, however, was in for a big surprise when his grandfather, an ex-detective, decided to make him a “trainee detective” to help him investigate some highly unusual occurrences involving a race of very short people.
Whilst on an observation operation, Seb is rumbled by one of the targeted real “dwarfs", who then gets to know him and invites him to attend a special summer campus, where he learns special skills from teleporting to walking on water. Whilst having a great time and making new friends, Seb comes to realise that the summer campus has a serious purpose, and that he and his mates have been specially selected and trained to protect the human race.
As the term progresses, Seb and his classmates experience a series of adventures with their hosts, such as travel between dimensions and encounters with strange beings, as they are introduced to other wonders of future science. But will the talents of these highly skilled youngsters be called upon?
