Allison's Summer of '53

This story gives an evocative glimpse of times gone by, it is life in a small village in rural England in the 1950's. The world is simpler, slower and safer. Childhood seems to stretch ahead into the far distance, and for eleven year old Allison and her neighbour Norman, it is the start of a never to be forgotten adventure.
