About This Author

Mike began his career in the theatre working as Stage Manager for Lincoln Rep.(UK), progressing rapidly to become an actor performing in plays, musicals and pantomimes throughout the country. Mike has appeared in cabaret at many venues in England and abroad also headlining cabaret shows aboard cruise liners. Mike's love of writing came to fruition when he retired from the theatre and has now published Allison's Summer of '53, a children's story. He has also written and had performed to critical acclaim two plays: All Change for Valhalla, and A Farce Too Far. Now living on the peaceful Lincolnshire coast with his wife and the occasional visits from family Mike continues writing with Volume 2 of Wittering in the Wold.
