Cotton Street

The body of young woman is found brutally murdered in a churchyard in Aberdeen's harbour district. The initial investigation suggest she is a prostitute as the area is known pick up area. As things open up it appears she was a young woman in the wrong place at the wrong time. As the police engage with the local prostitutes one of them steps up to provide a photo composite of the potential killer only to turns up 24 hours later near the first murder. The victimology is similar so the hunt is on for a double killer. Things go quiet in Aberdeen but the police get a break when a similar kill is found in Newcastle, again the victimology provides enough of a similarity to bring the two forces together to find a link. as the investigation moves on two more victims are identified in Manchester, one recent and the other twenty years ago but how are they linked. The hunt is on for the killer before they strikes again.
