Life's little bitties and ditties

'Life's little bitties and ditties' is a collection of short stories culminating in humorous poems (or ditties). The ditties are designed to make you laugh as you read about 'ill fitting underwear', a pasta craving cat, a cheeky chicken and 'wearing just a smile' as a wedding outfit! Written over a number of years this collection of ditties had been stored in a drawer and, according to friends and colleagues, the time had come to bring them out into the open. The result of which is this book of stories and poems which are sometimes humorous, sometimes sad and sometimes simply experiences of life. Thanks to actor Charles Dance who gave me permission to include the story of our experiences 'on set'. Also included in the book, with the kind permission of Constance Bellard, are three pieces of her previously published work. It is an honour and a privilege to include these works of my very own Mother.
