Growing up in the coal-field valleys of South Wales in the 1950's, the adolescent Warren awakens to all the confusing and emotional signals that boyhood brings. He is excitedly discovering that girls are maturing rapidly but, like all his contemporaries, he is clueless about his next move. Temptation lies all around. Luckily for him, the Fates decide to intervene and give him access to all the knowledge he yearns for. But will this turn out to be a blessing or a burden in this age of strict morality?
