About This Author

Leaving school without any qualifications working on a farm before entering the coal mines. Joining the army I served in the Far East. I became a Gamekeeper then entered the pet trade importing bird. I then became a curator of birds running a bird garden. My hobbies are painting and writing. Retiring some twelve years ago and began writing. Most of which is done during the early hours when unable to sleep due to arthritis. I find it quite therapeutic. I hope the reader's forgive my errors and enjoy reading as much as I do the writing.
