The ButtPutty Gang

In the early '60s, a group of teenagers from the west side of Detroit, cross paths and match wits with some of the most interesting people of their time. Whether it is Fidel Castro, Stevie Wonder, Lee Iacocca, or professional midget wrestlers with a wrestling bear named Molly, the ButtPutty kids use their spunk and creativity to foil enemies and help their friends. At times, they'll make you laugh, sometimes cry and other times say, “I used to know a weird kid like him” or “My god, I can't believe they did that.” Their fun and antics come to an abrupt halt when one of the gang is murdered along with seven members of the Detroit Mafia. Incompetency by the Detroit P. D. leads the investigation to the “cold case” file. NOLA, the only girl member of the gang refuses to accept this outcome. With the help of gang members and a retired homicide detective, she spearheads an investigation to identify the bizarre murderers and their motives.
